Payment Currency & Methods: We accept PayPal, Credit and Debit cards, personal chq, postal orders and bank transfers. Please note that no order will be dispatched until all funds are cleared. If you do not have a Paypal account you still can pay via Credit and Debit card. Go through our checkout system the same, this will take you to the Paypal page with the de-lush logo on it, then just select the Credit/Debit card option and enter your details that way, the Debit Card is an instant payment option, the Credit Card can take a couple of days to clear depending on your bank, but as soon as we receive payment we will dispatch your order straight away. Please also note that we DO NOT hold any of your details if you pay this way, this is as safe as Paypal for your own protection.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products we will only accept a return if the item is found to be faulty/damaged, and unworn/unused and in original packaging. Please see your delivery note for the return address and please note that items are to be returned to us for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please allow 14 days for your item to be returned to us and for your refund. This is due to individual bank processing times of which we have no control.
Special Offer: FREE postage and packaging on everything (UK residents only) For deliveries abroad please note that there will be a charge to cover your shipping costs, you will not however be charged for the packaging. Please email us to find out how much your parcel will cost to be shipped to you .
Delivery Times: Please allow between 3 to 10 days for delivery of your item. We can deliver your parcel by special delivery for an extra charge, please contact us for more details. Please bear in mind that if there is a postal strike your item will take longer to arrive, we apologise for this but it is out of our control
Packaging: For your discretion all of our items will be wrapped or placed in plain packaging only.
Out Of Stock Items: If at any time the item(s) that you order are out of stock, de-lush will be more than happy to send you a substitute, however we will not do this without contacting you first and if you do not want a substitute item(s) we are more than happy to refund you.

We take any complaint seriously and will always try to resolve them for you.
